Chef Bobby has an extensive culinary portfolio, including programs that are local to the Colorado Springs area. From Paragon Culinary School, to Pikes Peak Culinary Program, his knowledge shows in his craft and separates him from all around him. His work at the Craftwood Inn (formerly located in Manitou), Nosh (formerly in downtown COS), to being the Executive Sous Chef at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, he brings a little bit of every place to his craft. Many might think that fine dining experience may not contribute to "just a burger joint," but this isn't JUST another burger joint! This is The Green Line Grill. And his expertise in fine dining allows him to be very detailed and meticulous when crafting YOUR burger.
The Green Line Grill is also an avid supporter of the local community. Through various volunteer events and donations, to simply referring people to other great establishments around our town, we truly enjoy the relationships that we have cultivated throughout the years. We are nothing without our friends and family that continue to support local! Here's to many more years of serving up great eats and great times!
Bobby D. Couch has called Colorado Springs home for over 15 years now, and his love for his craft has allowed him to bring the El Reno-style Onion 'Fried' Burger over for an excellent blend of OK/CO inspired food.
